Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 8, 2026

  1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply when you visit founderos.sh or its pages, apply for access to FounderOS, join a waitlist, book a call, or otherwise use the site. By doing any of those things you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

  2. Who we are

FounderOS is a product of Merydian, a venture studio. In these terms, “Merydian”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Merydian and the people who run FounderOS on its behalf. “You” means anyone using the site.

  3. The open-source software

The public FounderOS repository at github.com/Bennettxai/FounderOS is released under the MIT License. Your use of that code is governed by the licence in the repository, not by these terms, and nothing here limits the rights the licence gives you.

The code is provided as is. You are responsible for how you install, configure and run it, including the API keys, accounts and data you connect to it.

  4. Applications and access

Some access, such as an invitation to a repository, is granted through the application at /apply. We review applications at our discretion and may approve, hold or decline any of them without giving a reason. Please give accurate information; we may withdraw access granted on the basis of information that turns out to be false.

Access is given to you personally, through your own GitHub account. Do not share invitations or credentials. We may remove access if you breach these terms or the licence that comes with the code.

  5. Waitlist and pre-launch offers

The hosted plans, courses and programmes shown on the site are pre-launch unless a page says otherwise. Joining a waitlist is not a purchase and does not reserve a price or a place. Features, prices and dates may change before launch. Anything you buy later will come with its own terms at checkout, and those terms will apply to that purchase.

  6. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to send spam or malware, to probe, overload or attack the site or the services behind it, to scrape it in a way that degrades it, or to pretend to be someone you are not. Do not submit anyone else’s details through our forms without their permission.

  7. Your information

When you fill in a form on the site we collect what you give us. For an application that is your name, email address, country, role, company and website if you add them, revenue range, what you want to use FounderOS for, and your GitHub username. We use it to review your application, send you access and setup instructions, and contact you about FounderOS.

For the waitlist it is your name, email address, your current level with AI, what you do, and the one thing you want AI to fix, along with where you arrived from (the page, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link). We use it to send you the newsletter and FounderOS news, to choose what we write about, and to see which posts bring people to the site. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

We store it with the service providers that run the site, such as our hosting, database, email and repository providers, and we do not sell it. You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you through the contact route below.

  8. Intellectual property

Apart from the open-source code under its licence, the site’s content, the FounderOS name and logo, and the design of the site belong to Merydian or its licensors. Reviews and testimonials belong to the people who wrote them. Other names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners.

  9. Third-party services and links

The site links to and relies on services we do not control, such as GitHub, Trustpilot, Stripe, Calendly and our form and email providers. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

  10. No warranty

The site, the software and any information on them are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Results described on the site are examples, not promises.

  11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Merydian is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the software. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and one hundred US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

  12. Indemnity

If your breach of these terms, or your use of the software, leads to a claim against us by someone else, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

  13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Merydian is organised, in the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard in that state’s courts unless the law where you live says otherwise.

  14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

  15. Contact

Questions about these terms, or requests about your information, can be sent through the form at founderos.sh/#talk.
