Applicant data terms

This hiring site is run by Brody Glanville and Bennett Spooner and the businesses they operate ("we", "us"). We are the ones who receive your application and decide what happens to it.

Everything you put in the application: your name, email, phone number, location, social handles, portfolio links, your written answers, your rate, your availability and who referred you.

Any files you upload as portfolio work, such as videos, images and PDFs.

Basic technical details sent with the application: the date and time, your IP address and your browser type. We use these to stop spam and abuse.

To review your application and your work, contact you about it, arrange calls and trial work, and decide whether to hire you.

To consider you for other roles we open later, unless you ask us not to.

If you name a referrer, to identify them and pay the referral if we hire you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

You keep full ownership of everything you link or upload. We use it only to assess your application.

We will not publish, repost, edit, use in our own content, or train AI models on your portfolio work without your separate written permission.

Trial work is covered by its own written terms, agreed before it starts.

Applications and uploads are stored on servers and computers we control, and in our internal hiring system (our CRM). Access is limited to the people involved in hiring for the role.

We may use service providers to host or move this data, such as hosting and storage providers. They may only use it to provide that service to us.

We work internationally, so your information may be stored or viewed outside the country you live in.

We protect it with reasonable security measures. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not upload anything you need to keep confidential, such as client work you are not allowed to share.

If we hire you, your application becomes part of your contractor records.

If we do not, we keep your application for up to 24 months so we can contact you about future roles, then delete it. Uploaded files are deleted after 12 months.

You can ask us to delete everything sooner at any time.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hiring@founderos.sh. We will do it within 30 days.

You can withdraw your application at any time the same way.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

You must be 18 or older to apply. Applying does not create any job offer, contract or obligation on either side.

If we change these terms we will update the date below. The version in place when you applied covers your application unless you agree to a newer one.
